Customer Service Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to be your number-one source for sandals. And we want you to be completely happy with your sandal purchase. Should your experience be anything less than perfection, please contact us right away. We’re happy to accommodate your needs, whether you shopped with us in-store or online. You’ll find information regarding both online and in-store purchases below.

Online Orders:

All orders placed online will be shipped out within 24 hours of a verified payment. FedEx is our main shipping carrier, and all orders over $50 are accompanied by free shipping. Please feel free to email us at sales@sandalfactory.com with any questions or special instructions for your order.

If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we have a 30-day return policy for online orders only. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges. For your return to be processed and refunded, merchandise must be unworn, with all original contents, including the box. To start the return process please email sales@sandalfactory.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. 

Within 4 to 5 days of shipping, your order will have arrived in our fulfillment center. Once it’s received and verified, your refund will be processed and returned to your credit card within 3 to 4 days, depending on your card company.

Unfortunately, after 30 days from your purchase date, no returns can be accepted.

In-Store Orders:

Regular Priced items are eligible for exchange & store credit for 30 days from date of purchase. For in-store returns, your receipt must accompany the unworn merchandise and original box. You are welcome to choose from either store credit or exchange only.  – Simply come to the register and we’ll be happy to process your return for you.

All Discounted and Swimwear sales are Final. No Refunds, No Exchange, No Exceptions.
